Each garment is lovingly handcrafted for each of our customers in our UK based atelier. Items are Made-to-order; either by requested size or to your specific measurements. We do not except returns on items merely unwanted, however we guarantee to take care of you always but ensuring that items are satisfactory.

DELIVERY

We offer a complimentary worldwide delivery service. However, you may be required to pay taxes and duty on your item/s. As every item is specially made to your order, we have an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks and you will be updated on the delivery time of your product as it is being made. PAYMENT

Payment is made at the time you order any product from our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. The price includes any applicable VAT and sales tax. Any orders being shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to customs or duty and local taxes upon arrival in your chosen country. Lalunah.com has no control over these charges and is not liable for any additional charges that may be incurred.
