Job Title: Bridal Sales Representative – Luxury Bridal Wear Brand (Wholesale Market)

Location: Remote/Field-Based (Travel Required)

Company Overview: We are a luxury bridal wear brand renowned for our exquisite designs and exceptional craftsmanship. With a strong foundation custom couture, we are now expanding into the wholesale market, and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Bridal Sales Representative to join our growing team. As we move into this exciting new chapter, we need someone who is passionate about bridal fashion and ready to drive sales, build new relationships, and represent our brand to retailers nationwide.

Position Overview: The Bridal Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and nurturing wholesale accounts with retailers across the country. This role will require strong sales skills, the ability to network, and a genuine passion for the bridal industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and excited to contribute to the expansion of our brand into the wholesale market. You will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring that our collections are showcased in the best possible light to potential retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and target new wholesale accounts in key markets, including bridal boutiques, department stores, and high-end retailers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retail buyers, store owners, and key decision-makers in the bridal and fashion industry.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to drive brand awareness and generate sales.
  • Create compelling sales presentations to showcase our collections and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth of the brand’s wholesale business.

Brand Representation:

  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our luxury bridal wear collections to potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld and communicate the brand’s story, values, and quality to all retail partners.
  • Attend bridal trade shows, events, and fashion shows to network with industry professionals and generate new leads.
  • Account Management & Customer Service:
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with existing wholesale accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering support and guidance to retail partners to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Resolve any product or service-related issues, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Travel & Flexibility:

  • Willingness to travel frequently (local and national) to meet clients, attend trade shows, and showcase the brand’s collections in person.
  • Flexibility to work remotely while traveling and meeting with clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fashion or bridal industry.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in wholesale and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
  • Knowledge of the bridal wear market, trends, and consumer preferences is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passionate about luxury bridal fashion and committed to representing the brand’s high standards.

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the bridal or fashion industry is highly desirable.

  • Salary
